Homemade solutions for cleaning and personal care

Non-toxic deodorant

1 cup filtered/purified water

1 tablespoon sea salt

pinch of baking soda (optional)

Add sea salt and baking soda to water for an easy and very effective deodorant. You can apply your homemade deodorant with a spray bottle or apply the liquid with your hands. This recipe is a great alternative to messy deodorants that stain clothes and won’t discolor or damage your skin (no pit stains or dark underarms!). This natural spray leaves no residue or scent.

Castille soap and water: mix 1 tablespoon of your favorite castille soap for every 8 ounces of water. Use more soap as needed.
